Field of view

Field of view


Field of view refers to the width or angle at which the lens sees an image, as a general rule the shorter the focal length the wider the view and more of the image is captured, shown in the diagram below.
  

Here are some images demonstrating field of view during college time.


The left hand image in all cases were taken at 28mm and the right hand image at 74mm



These images below also demonstrate control of D.O.F.









I`m quite happy with these images especially as the weather was kind to us for a change.
